Rules & Regulations
Complete tournament regulations will be shared with registered teams. Below is an overview.
- IIHF rules apply with tournament-specific modifications.
- 3 x 12-minute periods with running clock first two, stop-time third period.
- Body-checking is not permitted — amateur format.
- Each team must include a goaltender and a minimum of 10 skaters.
- Players must be 25+ years old. No players younger than 25 years. Exceptions made individually if never played pro.
- Tie-breaker: 3 shootouts from each team.
- Penalty time is 1 minute with a stoppage.
